UK Shipping is free, this is a standard delivery service.
Items that are personalised are usually shipped within 3 days.
Please note that that we don't ship items Saturday and Sunday.
RETURNS

Any non personalised items are refundable within 14 days (excluding earrings).
Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned with packaging unopened, item unused and can be resold, without any additional work on our part. Otherwise we retain the right to refuse the refund.
Personalised items cannot be refunded under the above terms. Personalised items will only be eligible for return if faulty or defective, then a replacement is issued.
Damaged or defective items (personalised or not) can be returned and replaced under the following terms.
If any items you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Personalised Gift Co within 14 days to arrange the return. Personalised Gift Co is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned item, a replacement will be dispatched for you.

Any information that you provide to Personalised Gift Co is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection and use of your information. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the below) of this information, including the transfer of this information for storage, processing and use by only Personalised Gift Co.
As part of providing you services, we collect information which we need to send you products you buy. This includes name, address, phone number, and email. This information is stored on Shopify's secure servers and is not accessible by anyone other than Personalised Gift Co.
We respect your privacy, if you wish to remove your details after your order is complete, please contact us to do it for you.
We may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements, shipping notifications, and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your Personalised Gift Co user experience, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving, or we cannot contact you regarding your purchases.
